Stopped by to pick up a Switch game that showed online 2 in stock since we were in the area. Nowhere to be found in the Nintendo aisle, so we asked an associate who very kindly and politely said, let me check in the back. He came back with the game and we left very happy customers. Thank you!
Incredible!!
Salesperson Ally went so above and beyond to assist me with a phone case issue relating to the charging pad in my new car not working. She actually accompanied me to my car and tested her phone to determine that it was not a problem with my case or phone but the charging pad. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was honestly surprised to receive this level of service just for a phone case!! So refreshing. Thank you Ally! (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly)
The store was fairly organized into separate departments. Most items were clearly marked and placed with the correct labels; however, some items did not match or were difficult to find. They seemed to have a big clearance/open box sale going on as well because there were bins and boxes in different areas. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, and although I had to track one down to get help, there appeared to be enough staff available. Overall, a good experience.
My opinion of the environment: Best Buy presents itself as another warehouse-style electronics store, but I think they have great potential of they put more effort into presentation. I understand they don't have space like an IKEA showroom, but I think they could set aside a small footprint for at least one living room and/or office setting to really sell their products--and include some good realistic lighting. Again...just my opinion.
