  Very Satisfied with the stop smoking service here at Plymouth Hypnosis. It was worth the price of admission!! After working with the hypnotist here, Rachel, she really helped me stop smoking and finally put down the cigarettes for good. You really have to engage though in the program and go through with all of the lessons. I knew after going through the first couple sessions this program was going to work and it did. Rachel, taught me how to overcome my anxiety and addiction and supplement it with another way of thinking. I finally quit smoking after 17 years. And I haven't had any picked up another cigarette since. It has been 6 months since i signed up for Plymouth Hypnosis and no cigarettes! Thanks so much Rachel. You and your program really changed my life!

  My Experience with Plymouth Hypnosis and Rachel was top notch! I went to them for weight loss after feeling very stressed out and uncomfortable with my appearance. I put on a lot of weight over the last 3 years specifically gaining 135 plus on top of my traditional weight of 175 lbs. I choose to sign up with Rachel and give it a shot. As the reviews I read on here look pretty good. I am so glad I did. Rachel was able to show me through her hypnosis craft how to relax and focus on putting an end to my cravings and unhealthy diet. She taught me how to feel more confident and as a result the program began to work and I started losing a lot of weight. Due to Rachel and Plymouth hypnosis motivation and the progression I was making, I got back into the gym and started exercising again! I am now pretty much back to my normal weight. And all i can do is thank Plymouth Hypnosis and Rachel for their excellent wight loss service! It's the best!

  Recently went through the program at Plymouth Hypnosis and it was AMAZING! I began a job where I am tasked to make presentations to high end investors. Very hectic to say the least. When I first started my job I was prepared to speak but once the time came to do it... became a nervous wreck and was not properly able to convey confidence in my presentations/messaging. This is what brought me into Plymouth Hypnosis,.(where i was referred by a friend who also had a positive experience here) The hypnotist Rachel was GREAT!! Our hypnosis sessions really taught me to be more confident in my ability to speak in public. The hypnosis sessions reached my soul and made me realize that I am a strong person and my internal phobias can be controlled.
  Would recommended this program to anyone. Rachel is not only a great hypnosis but a great person as she truly cares about her clients.

  Writing this review after an amazing experience I recently had at Plymouth hypnosis. I needed to lose weight for my wedding coming up. It was vital for me to feel good about myself on my big day! I went through the programs that Rachel provided for Weight loss and through her soft and relaxing technique each session became the secret sauce that truly helped m lose the excess weight that I have been trying to shed for months. Of course you need to incorporate the technique from the sessions into your daily routine in order for you to maximize the results. But if you listen to Rachel she will make sure after the program is complete you walk out of her of her office looking and feeling much better about yourself than when you initially walk in. Thanks again Rachel for all of your support.
