We worked with Bill to do a family intervention to get my daughter into a In-house Treatment Program for addiction. Bill explained everything so well, and was always there to help us navigate this very scary process. He regularly called to see how she was doing in treatment. When she relapsed, he helped us to find different facilities for her. Bill kept in contact for any additional help we might need. He even went to visit her to have lunch while she was in treatment. It's been four years since we met Bill, and he still calls and checks on how our daughter is doing in treatment.
bill has been a great referral & resource for families & individuals struggling with the disease of addiction. he takes personal interest in both the person & the family.
Our family has been utilizing Bill’s expertise in addiction since 2012 for a family member. We did not utilize his intervention services. However, we depended upon his comprehensive and dynamic guidance as a coach not only for our addicted family member but to assist the entire family through this trauma as needed. His compassion, availability, reliability and follow-up exceeded our expectations. His non-judgemental approach of treating each individual with dignity was so necessary and appreciated during these difficult times. He is an extremely vigorous and resourceful individual which was imperative whenever a crisis would arise. He was in constant contact with us regarding our family member as well as an invaluable advocate for the entire family. Bill continues to be available to support us as needed with his extensive experience in the many areas of addiction.
Overall, Bill is an influential authority as well as a thorough and caring addiction professional who we highly recommend to work with your addicted loved ones. We cannot emphasize enough the comfort we had knowing that he was there for overall guidance and support.
