Tejas and his team were on point. They sold my property for almost a million bucks. I never thought it could go for that much money! To boot, they sold the property after only one group showing. Tejas and his did exactly what they said they were going to do, get my property sold at the highest price in a short period of time. After we listed, we were off to the races. I interviewed a slew of different agents when I decided to sell my home, and Tejas Gosai stood out as soon as I met him. He was enthusiastic, savvy and realistic. This was my first time selling a home and I felt confident having him on my side, and I really appreciated the way he managed my expectations. He was also extremely attentive and readily available whenever I had questions or concerns. Using his advice I was able to get my home under contract with a full price offer in only 8 days, and settled a little more than a month after listing. Tejas and the TG Team were awesome, every step of the way. I'd recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home in the Lehigh Valley.

I couldn't ask for a more patient, understanding, and skillful buyer's agent than Jillian. She truly is the buyer's advocate in all negotiations with the seller, and goes above and beyond at every phase of the purchasing process. Jillian was always available to help us navigate the offer and post-inspection phases, and in the end we feel we got one of the best deals on a home in the Lehigh Valley! I am certain this had a great deal to do with Jillian's expertise and positive personality.

Jillian took all of the responsibility for logistical and scheduling concerns, which would have been overwhelming for me and my husband to juggle while working full-time jobs. She was always very pleasant, professional, and attentive to our needs and many inquiries throughout the process. We are very grateful for her assistance.
