(December 31, 2017, 11:05 am)I selected Valley Primary Eye Care based on its location. Close to where I live. I usually go to a place that advertises free eye exams. I was shocked to see the latest technology used for my exam. They fine tuned my prescription. The glasses still cost a lot, but the price is competitive with other locations.
It was a lucky find, but I now have a place I feel comfortable with and can get some continuity with exams in the future. At other places, as soon as you walk out with your new glasses, they only know you by a number. If you come back in because you forgot your jacket, they don't know who you are. -

(May 7, 2017, 12:05 am)Dr. Scharadin himself was SUPER kind, amiable, very easy to talk to, and extremely competent. I could tell he knew what he was doing, that he loves his job, and he went out of his way to make sure I got the right contacts for me and that they would be comfortable. The staff were friendly, and made me feel like I was the only person in the office, not just some number. Lots of glasses to choose from and the optician Todd was very helpful in helping me choose glasses. I usually hate wearing glasses but came away with some that I really like and I never would have chosen them on my own. Great group of people!

I'm very happy with my exam and how my new glasses turned out. They went above and beyond to make sure the lense prescriptions was perfect.
