Didn't get his name but the guy behind the counter tonight was pretty awesome. We bought brake pads less then a year ago there. The pads literally fell off and were obviously faulty. The guy was as shocked as we were. No problems at all getting a new pair. This is just one of the reasons my husband & I only go there for parts. My husband is a mechanic and refuses to go to any other place.
