My mom lives in a rent stabilized apartment (where she has lived for the past 50 years) and we were looking for a solution to make her bathroom safe without spending a fortune. I contacted several companies but was convinced to use one day bath because of the fair price and the fact that they guaranteed reversibility. Paul was very quick in replying with all info. We were worried about permits ect. And he was very thorough in explaining how to handle any eventual problems with the landlord. I live in Italy and was visiting my mom for a short period of time and Paul went out of his way to schedule the intervention quickly. The technician who came to do the job was very well mannered, helpful , quick and clean. He even went above and beyond what was his job. After cleaning up he even took the garbage to the basement and boxed up the cutout for us and gave us a hand to put it away in the closet. I highly recommend this solution and particularly this company. Thank you very much.

(June 19, 2018, 9:12 pm)Great Experience! So happy to have had One Day Bath fix the hole in our fiberglass tub. The service rep, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and made us feel very confident and comfortable about the work to be done. Start to finish in about 2 hours - very clean!!
We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service. Also very happy with the quick response time from Paul. Thank you!!!! -
