She is a no nonsense dietitian who believes in healing properties of real foods. I found her to be super knowledgable, backing up all her suggestions with science. Moreover, she was easy-going, without pressuring me, but would give me a gentle push, i.e. reality check when I would fall back into my old habits. I felt that she really cared about my health and would check on me and send me relevant articles long after our sessions were completed. A true gem to get to know as a person and a nutritionist.
