Can't recommend her enough! Jen has helped me eat healthier without depriving myself of flavors I like, or forcing me to count every carb or meticulously measure every portion. Her advice is reasonable, easy to follow and customized to my lifestyle, and she's also given me some great, delicious recipes to replace some of my unhealthier go-to meals.
When I decided to work with Jennifer, I wanted to get more disciplined in my nutrition and discover better options for a lower carb diet. Jennifer will work with whatever dietary preference her clients may have and will meet them where they are at. In my case, it was my preference for a plant-based diet as well as focusing on thyroid health. Jennifer was able to work out a plan that was manageable and realistic. She is a no nonsense dietitian who believes in healing properties of real foods. I found her to be super knowledgable, backing up all her suggestions with science. Moreover, she was easy-going, without pressuring me, but would give me a gentle push, i.e. reality check when I would fall back into my old habits. I felt that she really cared about my health and would check on me and send me relevant articles long after our sessions were completed. A true gem to get to know as a person and a nutritionist.
