I was trying to clean behind the lint screen in my dryer when I dropped the tool I was using into the space below and couldn't get it out again! I called Germantown Washer Services and they came out early the next day , took the dryer apart and found the missing tool before it had a chance to damage the blower.
They were polite, professional and did a good job for much less than other repair services in the city. I will definitely keep their number!
