(April 13, 2018, 11:30 am)5 weeks ago. Came in to seeJessica the assistant manager, who takes excellent care of my hair. I asked if she was available but, Vicky, who said she was regional manager, said she could take care of my touch up. (Never answering me about Jessica).My hair and color were nothing close to what I wanted. Vicky barely took any length off. She disregarded anything I said. From questioning length and color.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention. I am giving Supercuts one more chance. I have confidence that I will continue to be steady customer. I called and was assured Jessica will be taking care to correct my color and fix the obvious miscut.
I am so happy with how Jessica fixed my hair. her talent is AWESOME! And i will be coming back to see her. -
