My husband and I were looking for a new sofa, we shopped a few places and stumbled across Bob's. We went on a Sunday. Walked into a beautiful show room. A sales women approached right away. She greeted us, asked us if we needed help. We basically expressed we wanted to just look around. She allowed us that space to shop, sit, talk and really look for what we wanted. She was available if we needed her. Which we both appreciated. We went home and continued to talk about the piece we felt was right for us. The style, color, price, comfort was all prefect for pur family. We went back to Bob's on Monday. Kathleen approached greeting us, she explained a few things and read our body language and allowed us to go off on our own to check out our couch once more before purchasing it. We called Kathleen over, she was able to answer all our questions, check stock, delivery dates and process our purchase. The experience making the purchase was very smooth and friendly. Can't wait to get our new couch!!!
I was immediately greeted when entering the store. Told the greeter what I was looking for. She directed me to general area I should browse. When I made my choice, unfortunately I couldn't find her. However, I was then helped by a nice gentleman named Irl. Completed my purchase in a short time and was very pleased. No hard sell, no pressure.
Shani the salesperson that took care of me has excellent customer service skills. Made me feel at ease and I gave her a hard time because I was undecided on my final decision. Furthermore she surprised at one point when she talked to me in Spanish. I can genuine say that she is fully bilingual.This is a plus for your company. My first time there and I will definitely go back for thing I liked there once my furniture is delivered upon finalizing balance owed. Kudos to Shani !
My roommates and I had been to another furniture store that day and were treated like children. When we first walked into Bob’s, we were greeted quickly and asked what we were looking for. Shani gave us great service and checked in on us frequently. We were treated with respect and greatly appreciated it.
