Jessica is awesome. I am very busy so shopping for insurance is the last thing i want to do or have time for. Jessica was great. We corresponded mostly via email and she was always quick to respond to my requests. She worked will with me to price and give me all the information I needed for home, car and umbrella policies. During normal business hours I’m not available via telephone and Jessica has no problems with communicating through email. Recently I’ve inquired about changing companies and Jessica was able to provide me with multiple quotes.
