I had to give a urine sample for a new job. I did a walk in. The registration process was simple and easy. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me and I appreciate the respect and privacy that was given to me as a patient.
Excellent doctors, great staff. In and out in a reasonable time. No long wait. I highly recommend this place.
I was getting a drug test for employment and everything went excellent. I waited a little while because they were busy but that is entirely understandable. The doctor who took care of my drug test did an outstanding job; she made the test fast and east and also was excellent in starting a conversation which made the process faster. Everything was done professionally and effectively.
I went to the location on Southampton Rd. They were out of the flu shot and they called the location at Levick for me to see if they had it before driving all the way down there. The ladies in that office along with the one at Levick were very polite and accommodating. The MA was also very nice and sociable. I’m headed there today for a TB test (all for work purposes). I would highly recommend them.
Great experience with Concentra so far. The ENTIRE staff is always courteous and helpful! They seem to keep things flowing nicely despite being busy ALL the time. The girls at the front are always in a pleasant mood and make my visit there a fun one. They’ve failed at pranks but have exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer services! Thanks ladies????
