  Phones/ plans,etc are certainly important,of course. However,it is SERVICE at the top of my list! My main man,Jose M takes care of me every time. Sometimes the fix is easy,sometimes involved. Either way,he passes no judgement for my lack of"tech savvy"! P.S. if he is off, any of the staff jumps right in there and resolves the problem! Thx guys!

  Walked into the store and heard "Hello, how are you" and "My name is Sharon, how can I help you today?" I was so impressed with her manners...what a pleasant young lady. My sister and I had quite a few questions about our phones and Sharon was so patient and answered every question and demonstrated to us how to work what gave us the problem. We thought we were finished until more questions popped into our minds and we wanted Sharon to help us but she was busy with other clientele so... we waited for her to help us again. We apologized for working her so and she was so sweet...telling us we were okay, not to worry. Who do you know with perfect patience like that? We truly appreciate the service this young lady gave us today! Sharon is what made our visit today! Thank you Sharon! Thank you T-Mobile for hiring this grade A employee!

  The staff is extremely kind, understanding, and very helpful. If someone gave them a 1-2 star rating, they were wrong. I came back, a couple of times, and the staff was amazing. They were willing to go above-and-beyond for me, even though they had no incentive to. Although I've had issues with T-mobile before, I can easily say that they restored a lot of my faith in the company. I highly recommend them and hope you'll get the same quality service as I did. Check them out, if you're in the area.
