(May 16, 2019, 2:01 pm)Update: After 2 years of visiting, PCOM has definitely gotten better. Wait times on the phone have been reduced to less than 30 seconds, and same-day appts are now easy to get compared to before. I have no complaints anymore with coming to PCOM other than the fact that I now live 45 mins away compared to 2mins before ????.

(September 13, 2018, 10:08 am)The staff was friendly and professional. I arrived at 8am, so I didn’t have to wait long. I really appreciated the fact that they gave me the option of getting osteopathic manipulative treatment from a DO for my back pain. I’ve had bad experiences with greedy doctors who tried to force me to see a specialist just for a basic prescription, but they were able to take care of all my needs themselves and fulfill my prescription, while giving me the choice of whether to see a specialist or get OMT.
