  Near the confluence of the Delaware and Lackawaxen Rivers sits Zane Grey Museum. A quiet, beautifully maintained home with a lovely view of the river where one can spot bald eagles. I visit authors' around the Northeast, and his is by far is one of the nicest.

  This is a small museum filled with information and artifacts of the amazing life of Zane Grey. It is located in his house with a beautiful view of the Delaware River. There is a gift shop with books, T-shirts & momentos. It is NOT handicap accessible. I've been there several times and have learned something new each time. When leaving, after crossing the Roebling Bridge back to New York State, there is the road that goes to the Minisink Battleground Park. There is a picnic pavilion, restrooms, and walking trails through the woods, one of which takes you to the area where the battle between the Indians & the settlers took place 240 years ago. Recommend both places.

  This is a great place to visit if you're a Zane Grey fan. Lots of info on his life and travels. His original cabin on the Mogollon rim was destroyed in a forest fire, but it has been restored.

  I put a 5 due to the fact that I was going through the area. It is beautiful. The museum was closed but I didn't travel there for that. I just stumbled upon it.
  I plan to return and I look forward to it.
