    Never in my wild imagination did I think I could go to a CrossFit gym. That changed 1 1/2 years ago when a friend invited me to a class. Who knew that 1 class would change my whole outlook on life. The coaches were helpful and encouraging and at a pace I could achieve my goals. Everyone at the gym there is at their own level and pace Coaches Erin, Nicole and Scott are with you every step of your journey to fitness. Give it a try nothing ventured nothing gained.

    The coaches at Crossfit Rising Phoenix are experienced and knowledgeable. Erin leads a dedicated team and ensures each member gets individualized coaching and modified workouts to meet your needs. They offer nutritional education to support your fitness goals. They even do great workouts for the kids to introduce them to fitness. The members become like family. It’s a great place to workout and an even better place to grow as a person through commitment, confidence, and support!

    Coaches really care and are there to ensure you get a great workout. They look at you as an individual and readily adapt a workout to meet your needs. If you stick with it you will see great results in a relatively short period of time. #cfrpholidaybingo #crossfitrisingphoenix

    As a group fitness instructor and personal trainer with almost 20 years experience I would have no hesitation recommending CrossFit Rising Phoenix.
    I was very impressed with the workout Erin put us through. She gave clear and detailed explanations and demonstrations as well as a full breakdown of options for all fitness levels from beginner to elite. We had a large group, with a variety of abilities, and everybody was well looked after.
