Seven years ago, chemotherapy and radiation treatments left me chronically fatigued, severely underweight, with almost constant nausea, lack of appetite, and varying levels of pain. After only five months of being treated by Blake, I was back to my normal weight (6'1" 205), eating like a Viking, and can now fully participate in life. I have been to many acupuncturists in the past, and even traveled to Hong Kong to study acupuncture, but none can compare with Blake. He is unquestionably a gifted acupuncturist. As an additional perk, the receptionist, Robin, is always cordial and is a pleasure to interact with.
Blake has helped me tremendously! He is so kind, caring, supportive, and truly has your best interest at heart. I was in excruciating pain when I first came to see him. He was the only person to correctly treat and diagnose the problem. If it weren’t for him, I would still be barely walking and wincing in pain with every movement. I am a new person today because of him and the pain is completely gone!!! He is so much more than an acupuncturist and such a gifted, spiritual healer. Robin( his administrative assistant) was also extremely helpful and they really make you feel like you are one of the family!! ????????
I've been seeing Blake at Worker Bee for over two years and not only is he compassionate and knowledgeable, but he is a skilled acupuncturist and herbalist. He is of the belief that acupuncture should be available to all regardless of their income level and has truly adopted a community style, comfortable environment. He listens carefully to his patient's ailments and tailors individual treatment plans that can take different forms over differing sessions. Nor does Blake rest on his laurels, he continues to hone his skills - always open to learning new treatment modalities. I can't recommend anyone more highly than Blake and his administrative assistant Robin - who keeps things running like clockwork.
Before I was able to tell Blake what was going on with me, he was able to intuit everything by taking my pulse. I've never met a kinder, more compassionate person in my life. If you have a question about your health see Blake. It takes a while to get in because he is so in demand but it is worth the wait. The overall vibe of Workerbee Community Acupuncture is calm and peaceful. Robin (the receptionist) is highly professional and keeps everything on schedule and organized. She takes time with every patient to make sure they are getting the best care possible. I am grateful for Workerbee Community Acupuncture because it truly is a community environment that Blake has created. Blake is one in a million when it comes to caring about his patients and their health concerns.
