It's not perfect or amazing, but there doing the best they can with what they have. The staff is amazing and they care for each of the patients.
I just came home from Broad Mountain! This was my Summer vacation (lol).,the staff on all levels were very nice and helpful. Pt and Ot Dept's helped me get to my goals nursing staff has its share of hard work. Unfortunately, too many people quite because the work is very demanding... This is a major management problem. They do the very best they can do! Very nice people. I felt well cared for while I was there. The patients were very friendly.I feel that the activities people try their best to make all residents feel important and try to keep up morale with fun things to do.
Thank you everyone for the care you gave to me while I was there! I will miss you all!

A really good place and lots of friendly faces/ my mom is looked after well here and both the staff and care are top notch. the nurses are so nice and one of the male nurses even pretends to flirt with her HAHA. my mom gets a kick out of that and I promise it's not inappropriate at all! Lots of good times
