Our two kids have been at Primrose for over 3.5 years and we could not ask for a better early childhood education center! Everything about the school exceeds our expectations and my husband and I are 100% worry-free while our children are there. The owners, staff, and teachers are exceptional and the facility is very nice and clean. The staff and teachers are great with communication, very personable and all know our children by name, take great care of our kids every day, and we fully trust them with our little ones. Our kids have learned and retained so much information from their classes, have shown so much growth academically and socially, and most importantly are very happy there and love going to school. They also go above and beyond and frequently have family activities, such as Donuts with Dad, Muffins with Mom, lunch with grandparents, take home dinner night, holiday parties, pictures with Santa, etc. We would without a doubt recommend Primrose School of Southwest Arlington to anyone considering this school!

This is THE PLACE for childcare in Arlington. Immaculate, reliable, caring, attentive, safe, and quality describe the care my children have received at this facility. The owners are very involved in the business and it shows as they pay attention to detail and offer luxury service and facilities that include a splash pad, professional Spring/Fall photo shoots, Saturday Christmas with Santa and crafts, book fairs, and great music program. They even provide a family pizza meal from Papa Murphy's around Valentines Day and Halloween to say thank you and accomidate my families gluten free needs. My children love it at Primrose and as a working mom I love knowing that my children are well taken care of while I am teaching. I would especially like to recommend the infant room. Mrs. Simpson and Mrs. Kincaid provide the best care I have ever seen. Ms. Simpson is the rocker extraordinaire and your child will get so much cuddling and needed physical touch while you are at work. Ms. Kincaid is a crafter extraordinaire and will play with your baby while making the most amazing keepsakes for you to take home and display to others. I still have some of her items including a bunny she created using little Isabel's footprints and face saying "some bunny loves you!" displayed in my classroom. These are special keepsake memories that I will always treasure and goes above and beyond what is expected. Thank you Primrose for taking such good care of my children while I am working!

We absolutely love Primrose! Our boys have been attending for two and a half years. We are so pleased with the care and education they are receiving. Primrose is not just a school for our kids, it is our extended family. We are very blessed to have found them. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality school!

We couldn't be happier with Primrose School of Southwest Arlington. It is very obvious that our daughter is getting a great head start on her education. She comes home having learned something new every day. She's been attending since she was 5 months old and all of the teachers thus far have been amazing. When Covid hit, we were grateful my daughter could maintain some normalcy by continuing to attend Primrose and we felt she was very safe. Can't thank Primrose enough for the quality of education and care they provide my daughter and all of the students.

We've had a child at Primrose since November 2019, and all of the staff has been great. We just put my infant here, and it's been a smooth transition because I truly trust the staff to care for my kids; more than I'd trust most family members. We've had daily interactions with the Asst. Director and Director, both are very professional, sweet and involved; plus I sense genuine care for my kids and their well-being. Lastly, the academic aspect is what pulled me here in the beginning, and I feel the curriculum is a priority at Primrose.
We've not personally experienced the turnover others noted, rather the teachers my oldest had, have moved to other classrooms such that she is with them again.
