  A lovely property. Owner is friendly and welcoming, and the river is wonderful for an evening fire or morning cup of coffee. Ten out of ten would do it again.

  We stayed at Paddlers Lane over the summer, and it was absolutely wonderful. This property is the perfect place to recharge, unplug and enjoy nature! Dan and Robin are INCREDIBLE hosts, always there if you need anything. This is an ideal location to enjoy the wonderful sites around the Confluence and Ohiopyle area! My husband and I first stayed at Paddler's Lane Retreat for our honeymoon five years ago, and it quickly became one of our favorite vaction spots. We loved it so much, we wanted to bring our entire family here for us all to enjoy! It definitely did not disappoint! This is now one of our family's favorite places to vacation, we will be back! :) Thank you Dan and Robin!

  We had our wedding here in August. Rented out the main house and chalet for 3 days and it was an absolutely magical experience. It was the best day of our lives and this retreat along with the staff were integral to making that so. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and service. They were very accommodating without being intrusive. The lodging was extraordinarily clean and organized. Our reception went pretty late into the night and they didn't mind the noise at all. It is located right next to a train that will come through periodically throughout the day and night and is very loud. We were lucky enough to get through our ceremony without it passing through but for anyone considering this as an event location, keep that in mind. To us, it was part of the experience and charm of the place. All of our friends and family really enjoyed it. We all loved it so much, we're already talking about coming back.

  Dan and Robin make everything set for an absolutely incredible stay. The house and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are well sound proofed if you are concerned about the train or other guests. Great stay for a couple or for a whole house rental by a family. We will be back!

  Great place for a group. Everything you need to cook large meals and sleep many people. The loft is so neat and an amazing way to utilize the extra space. Lots of rain during our stay but the house was large enough to house the 12 of us. The location is great and the owner’s know what they are doing.
