This family run business has been more than helpful towards my husband and I throughout our truck buying experience. Not only did they give us an amazing deal on the truck to begin with, they also gave us a generous trade in value on our old vehicle. It was hard to pick from their great selection, but we ended up buying a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 with low mileage! I was extremely pleased with our purchase and did not feel pressured in any way by the salesperson. The truck was spotless and even had a rhino lined bed with a tonneau cover! The process of buying the vehicle was quick and easy with their experience and knowledge. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and the fact that it was for my husband, made me a bit nervous. It was a relief to work with such great people! After having it for a month past the warranty they offered, we ran into an issue with the truck (which was completely out of their control and not by any means their fault) from normal wear and tear. Not only did they send the truck to one of their mechanics, they also honored our warranty even though we were slightly past it. I have never had better customer service from another company, and they truly care about their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Rt 18 Homes to anybody in need of a vehicle, or any other services they offer.
