N & C Construction, LLC

N & C Construction turned our poorly designed, cramped, and ordinary master bathroom into a work of art! The pictures do not do this bathroom justice. The shower is HUGE!

There was never any debate as to which contractor we would use for this project after the amazing job N & C did on our deck & gazebo back in 2015. We are still receiving compliments over 6 years later!

Back to the bathroom...the team at N & C did a stunning job. We couldn't have been more impressed with the work & the crew. The guys were personable, always on time, trustworthy, hard working, and always left the work area cleaner than when they arrived.

N and C Construction is a lovely family run business that recently completed my master bath renovation. I’m always hesitant with contractors because the stereotype is that they come in, make a mess, leave for extended periods of time, and don’t keep you in the loop.

However, my experience with Nelson and Jessica was definitely not the stereotypical experience. First, communication is critical during any project and they were always immediately responsive to contacting us to answer questions or resolve any concerns we had along the way. We had to wait a while to start the job, but Jessica would regularly reach out to let us know how they were progressing and update us on the timing for the start of our job. Second, Nelson doesn’t start a job until all materials have been received. That helps tremendously in cutting down the time my house was in upheaval from the construction process because they don’t have to wait for something to arrive that might have been on backorder. Third, any construction project will come with a certain amount of dust and dirt from demolition, sawing, etc. Nelson and his employees were considerate about trying to keep the level of dust and dirt out of other areas of your home. He puts down floor protectors and covered my furniture in plastic to try to contain the dirt/dust from being tracked to other parts of my home. Finally, Nelson was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He worked with us to understand our vision and provided good ideas for how we could make our space more functional. Overall, I would use them again for future projects!

It's nearly impossible to express how satisfied we are with the incredible work of N&C Construction.. We were looking for a game room refresh and having seen N&C's work at a relatives home we asked them to take on the job. The project would reveal catastrophic damage to our home's structural integrity. Nelson and Jessica alerted us to the issue and gave us a plan. The process was no longer about making the downstairs a nice living space, the primary aim became repair the damage to the support structure discovered and save our house.
Nelson and Gabe removed a deck that, we didn't realized, was for the most part no longer connected to our home and was a genuine and immediate collapse risk.
What followed was complete removal and replacement of compromised, rotted wood. Nelson and Jessica contacted and consulted with our town's building inspector to assure everything they were doing was known and approved.
N&C did some digging for us and found out the deck and entire addition put on the home years before we purchased was never permitted. This likely explained the shoddy work Nelson and Gabe were tasked with repairing.
Over the next few weeks a significant portion of our home was renovated to standards beyond our expectations. Our home was now safe to live in and the basement could be completed.
The basement is simply incredible.. INCREDIBLE!
Nelson and Gabe literally took a place we kept visitors from and made it the crown jewel of the structure.
The fit and finish and quality of the work done is simply beyond peer.
Nelson and Jessica were in contact with us an each and every turn and challenge. No matter what construction catastrophe we found Nelson and Jessica assured us it would be repaired and repaired well.
Given the totality of the damage and renovation the cost of this operation was VERY reasonable and affordable,, What's more, I know we got what we paid for ,THE BEST..
Enough about the work done.. Let's talk about the people doing it.
Nelson, Jessica and Gabe are good upstanding, honest and friendly people.
Nelson and Jessica base their business practice in and on their deep faith and honor. You can go and get any of the many "fly by night" or big renovation firms to do your work but I'll take N&C against any of them for any project at any time.

N & C Construction remodeled our master bathroom. We eliminated the bathtub, expanded our shower, and added a vanity. Nelson and his crew completed the project neatly, and the result was top quality.
