Professional, friendly, caring and understanding. They have put me completely at ease for the process I will go through. Flexible hours that work for my schedule. If you do have to go I would highly recommend the OSPTA in Charleroi. Staff is great there. They are caring and treats everyone kindly. They just don't have you do things, they carry on conversations with you. 😀 -
