    Basic equipment, almost everything you need for Crossfit! Great people

    Fantastic gym combining traditional free weights/machines/classes with a full Crossfit box setup as well.

    Extremely reasonable rates, childcare included in membership, and the staff is excellent (don't be surprised if they are welcoming you by first name on day 2).

    So happy I found this place!!
