He always called or emailed back in a timely manner and was armed with brochures and supplemental materials to answer my questions. I chose a policy that best fits my needs but, there were many to choose from which I was glad to see in an insurance company. He is very busy, but when you are able to reach him, he takes time with you. We saved money and were able to purchase health insurance along with a Christian Sharing plan that meets our needs and helps others.
