(September 27, 2022, 8:34 pm)There was a water problem with a line. I called to let them know because I was in industrial watertreatment. I was surprised that the treatment plant answered immediately. The person was polite and knowledgeable. He had been getting tons of calls since the water line problem but he was still very kind. I was impressed. All water lines fail sometimes as with anything built by people does so this is expected. But being calm and nice isn't a quality we always find so I want to say thank you to him The office does a great job too.
