We love the table we just purchased however I do not like the fact that I had no choice in delivery and assembly of the table. I did not want to pay for the delivery or have anyone but myself put the furniture together. I could have saved $100 on this purchase and I will need to check and make sure that the assembly was performed correctly. I understand that most consumers prefer to pay for the delivery and the assembly service but having a choice would have been nice.

I went to Raymour & Flanigan outlet store at Mercer Mall to pick up a purple pillow. I was helped by Armando and he was very attentive and spent time with me even though he knew I was only there to buy a small-ticket item. My experience was so pleasant and positive that I’ll be sure to be back if ever we have a need for any furniture or bed in the future (will also make sure I tell friends and family about this wonderful store with great prices and excellent customer service).

Everything was great. The salesman was excellent to work with in selecting the right furniture that would fit my needs. Also, the lady at the counter, who processed my payment was very professional in closing the sale. Thank you again for making my new move an excellent experience in purchasing furniture.

From the moment that I entered, Eva greeted with me with such excitement and passion that I was surprised. But she was as lovely as she first appeared. She understood my needs and very patient. She provided excellent service and the manager was wonderful as well. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

As you walk in you are greeted by a salesperson like many other furniture stores. There is A LOT of choices for living room furniture! Best thing about the store is that you are not pressured to buy anything you don't like, yet the salesperson is always around to make sure all your questions are answered. Me and my wife took really long to decide on a new sofa, but Arnaldo (our salesperson) was very patient and helpful. After finally deciding on our purchase, we left very happy being promised that our new sofa will arrive in about 4 days. Fingers crossed the delivery process is as great as the customer service. 🤞🏼

Mrs.Chalmers is very professional. Helped me with a myriad of issues. Highly suggest her.
Also, clean place. And has many hand sanitizing stations to ensure cleanliness during this pandemic. Very nice.
