(April 6, 2022, 9:55 pm)I have been training at Amviares for about a month and the workouts alone make the experience worth it! If you want yo step it up there is group sparring where we all take turns and practice with each other and everyone is very nice! I had 0 experience with boxing before and the whole environment was very friendly and not threatening at all! Loved it!

(August 11, 2020, 9:20 pm)Great place to exercise, and learn contact sports. Aldo is great. They have a beginner/kid class, and an adult class. MWF boxing, T/TH kickboxing/muy thai. Highly recommend it.
