When you run into a business like this it’s hard to do a review because you don’t know where to start. Places like this that have the staff that truly cares for their clients is awesome. There’s a Lotta good motivational sayings along the walls here at the body shop. They are all true the one ring is the best towards these guys is the one that says they are here to change lives. I would agree to this 100%. I’m used to normal gems the old-school stuff traditional workouts etc. coming here change my outlook on a lot of things. I enjoy my workouts they are forever changing with the advice from my coach Jeren. I’m starting to lose the weight (fat) that I need to but I’m also putting on muscle mass and feeling a lot better. The staff is incredible the equipment is all functional and well-maintained the hours of operation fall within my needs hopefully they would fall within yours as well. If there’s one thing that I could change about the gym….. well that would simply be the amount of time that I spend there I wish that I could spend more and get more in. I would also love to do some other classes that I don’t get to do because of my personal schedule so basically what I’m saying is I wouldn’t change anything. I highly recommend this place I’ve gotten to watch a lot of the coaches do classes and train other people and no matter who you pick (always pick who you think will do the best for you) I think that you will be happy here. And if you decide to go just a standard open gym membership I’m sure that you’ll love it as well. I’m working my way to that point but for now I’m happy to be working with my coach and learning new things.

Do or Do Not there is no try!

TBS is so much more than a gym. They talk about being a “fit fam” and that is the truth. The moment you walk through that door you are immediately welcomed into a group of some of the most positive and dedicated people around.
The thing I love most about TBS is that it really is a place for anyone anywhere in their fitness journey. If you need modifications, the coaches are all great about giving variations to keep you safe and still moving.
The class variety is wonderful. They offer boot camp style class (which is different every single time), kickboxing, strength and personal training. And all of the coaches stay up to date on their certifications and are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve themselves and the classes.
During this crazy social isolation time the team has come up with awesome ways for us to stay connected and stay active with their immunity community workouts. It has been great to be able to stay moving.
If you are looking for a gym to call home, TBS is the place for you.

I can't say enough about this gym. I initially joined as part of the 5 week Sweetheart Challenge in January. The guidance and support I received from the coaches during that time was incredible. At the end of the challenge, I knew without question that I wanted to continue my membership as part of this fit family. And family it truly is. I have the pleasure of attending classes with people of all ages, shapes, colors, and sizes, and am fortunate to call many of them friends now. We developed a strong bond the coaches and with eachother. That goes a long way to motivate me and keep me accountable. I am so thankful I am a part of Tedesco Body Shop!

By far the best gym that I’ve ever belonged to! Everyone is always so helpful and it has a great fitness family atmosphere!! The trainers are all very knowledgeable, motivated and genuinely awesome people to be around! No matter the goal, this gym will motivate you to crush it!!! So far I’ve lost 37 pounds using the tools that Tedesco’s has provided. The challenges are the best way to start. They keep you motivated - checking in with you daily and providing you the dieting/lifestyle tools to make your goals a reality. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
