Seth is a wonderful chiropractor!!!! I have seen him since 2009! He is not only very knowledgeable, but very passionate about his profession and it shows! He takes the time to explain things and does so very well! It is evident that he cares about his patients! I love his high quality vitamin and supplement products! I have not found another protein shake mix that even compares on the shelves else where. I have referred my friends to him and they love him too! I highly recommend him!!! I don't think that there is anything to lose other than the pain and discomfort that you seek to get rid of😊

Wow! I saw Dr. Hornak 12 yrs ago before I moved to FL. Then, home visiting and saw him with our two young sons. He is amazing and SO incredibly thorough! And first time in a month I have finally gotten some great relief from my back pain! BEST Chiro ever!!
