I don't believe Waste Management gets the credit they deserve. I've always found them a pleasure to deal with and plan on using their At Your Door Pickup soon as I have done in the past.
My experience with Waste Management is a positive one. In our neighborhood they arrive like clockwork every Thursday morning. My containers are always placed back in the same position with no issue. I follow the instructions they provided to us at the beginning of our service and have never had them refuse to take my trash or recycling.
