    My PCP, very professional and down to earth. Doesn't brush you off. Takes the time to answer your questions about your health care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a lot faster than many of the upmc physicians offices were you wait for hours just to be seen.

    I finally found a wonderful doctor and staff. They truly took their time and was kind to me, Dr. Kerr was very nice to deal with and had a wonderful sense of humor. He wanted to listen to my problems and did not get annoyed with me like other doctors do and try to rush you out. He sincerely cared and checked me thoroughly. I am so excited and relieved to have found Dr. Kerr! I was finally cared for properly.
