Back in February\March of 2020, Car Factory was located in New Kensington. I had really bad credit but some money to put down and a work history so I figured Id give financing a try instead of buy here pay heres. I stopped one day and as soon as I got there had my eye on a pathfinder. it was a 2014 and had around 130,000 miles. most people would run at that but this thing had evey bell and whistle you could imagine in it. Evan told me there were cheaper options but I insisted that was what I wanted. So, he got me financed super fast and I drove away with that bad boy. Fast forward 2.5 yrs. It never gave me a single problem. (other than normal wear and tear). I took all over the country. July 2022 I was in an accident and totaled her :( Got the settlement check and knew where I needed to go. I eventually found them in Latrobe. I live in Kittanning but I drove the hour and a half cause I knew it was worth it. My credit was better now because of me keeping up with the pathfinder payments, so i got approved for all the cars I said I liked. Only problem this time was that because of inflation used cars EVERYWHERE went up in price. So this time I was able to walk away with the car I really wanted again but I decided the payments were just a little too high...so i turned it down for something more practical for my single mom budget. It was well past closing time, i had 2 of my young kids with me and I changed the vechicle 4 times lmao...before finally deciding on a 2015 toyota rav4. But it was because of me building my credit with the pathfinder that I could step up...and now in a few years when Im ready for my next one, I will deffinnitely be going back for the third time. I highly recommend you giving them a try. Once you do, youll see why I wont buy anywhere else !

I had some issues with my car I got from them and they took care of it with no problem. They even made sure I was able to get back and forth to work with a loaner vehicle. God Bless them. I appreciate these guys
