I highly recommend Yalana, I was dealing with a shoulder and elbow injury, I had pain shooting down my arm and to my pinky and ring finger, couldn't throw a ball for my dog or pick up a jar or container without pain shooting down my arm into my hand and fingers. I went to 4 other chiropractors with no resolve of injury, actual it was worst. I was recommended to go and see a ortho for the shoulder and elbow by one of the chiropractors and after 3 rounds of shots, the ortho recommend possibly surgery. I thought no way am I getting surgery, I was recommended to Yalana and after my first visit I noticed a difference, after my 3 visit I was able to throw the ball for my dog , pick things up with pain shooting down my arm to my fingers. I highly recommend her and her practice. She is truly one of the best around!
