  We wanted to go on a River boat cruise in Europe and Barb had the knowledge and experience to set up the perfect European vacation! We always have Just Vacations set up our big vacations and never have been disappointed. Barb is excellent at details. I would have Just Vacations arrange all of my future trips.

  Barb Peet created two excursions for us. Everything went smoothly. Everything was reserved exactly as it was supposed to be. There are many types of cruises for younger generations and older. Barb made sure we were on the type of cruise we desired. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. My Mom and I had a tremendously awesome time on our trips!! Thanks Barb!:-)

  Barb did a great job setting up our trip on the Rocky Mountaineer and getting us ready. We aren't frequent travelers, and she coached us through the steps required to take an international flight in the "modern era". She kept us informed about communications from the Rocky Mountaineer people and milestones in the process. She went the extra mile when a hurricane threatened our scheduled departure, and called to advise us of our options and provide recommendations on what to do. She also had first hand knowledge of the areas we were visiting (Vancouver, Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper) and made great suggestions on things to see and do. We are happy customers, and will use her again in the future.

  Working with Just Vacations was a fantastic travel experience. Barb Peet was personally involved in every aspect of the journey of an elderly gentleman returning to his roots in Germany, nearly 95 years later. From the beginning, Barb was very understanding of the special support needed to ensure safe, efficient travel. As his traveling companion, she kept me up to date on every aspect of the plan that required mobility services to be in place both in the United States and Germany and a complicated rental car plan. The professionalism, conscientiousness, and just plain caring is the kind of business I recommend anyone enjoy.
