  Great apartment complex to live in. maintenance was very good and quick. Snow clearing was also quick and well done. Unfortunately Our appliances were older and did need maintenance. Also the appliances and shower were quite loud. Neighbors were quite although you could occasionally hear them through the walls. All in all a great experience.

  I am still a former resident of The View At Mackenzi and wouldn’t want it any other way. The people I had meant through the years of being here is worth more than the words I have to say, this also includes the people in the office and of course I can’t forget about the maintenance people. They’re Very kind hearted and caring individuals that has a positive attitude. This is what I love about this place. They are very much on time with the things that need taken care of ( that’s of course they need to know what the problem is ???????? ) to help you. They have a clubhouse also, a pretty good gym, and a large washer and dryer for largeer items that you may have. You can rent the clubhouse for almost anything that you need it for ( I had my daughter’s baby shower there and it was beautiful ) and rent it anytime of the year. I call this place my home, because of the people I live around will help you in a time of need or just to be kind. I would recommend this place to anyone I know and that would love the friendliness that they would have around them!!!!

  One of the biggest reasons we chose this community to move to was because how promptly we received a response from the team to come out and tour. I emailed many communities and the property manager answered quickly and was very warm and welcoming. It’s nice to see a maintenance team and manager always around for anything that you need. The homes are clean and neighbors are very friendly. I’m glad they provide all of the appliances for us and we like living in a community that doesn’t make me handle snow removal or mowing the lawn. When we’ve had snow all I had to take care of was cleaning off my car, they shoveled and salted all the way up to our front door and did the grounds and parking spots that were open. My family also loves the setting because it’s peaceful, tranquil, and it’s perfect for our family to enjoy the community and feel safe. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We will be staying here until we decide to buy a home. We wouldn’t go anywhere else after living here.

  Miss Patti and the staff here are extremely friendly and easy to work with. We enjoy our time here, and are glad we chose this complex as our home. Thanks, guys and gals!

  I am very happy here. The area is very quiet and well kept after. This is truly an upgrade from my last apartment. Dealing with management is super easy. The maintenance guys are both fast and professional. I like that there is a common area that us tenants can use for things like exercising, computer stuff, small parties, and laundry mat sized units - should I need to do things like a bed comforter etc. I'm already planning to extend my lease : )
