  Its amazing that Mike Smith, Dan Thomas, Dawn Dawson, Tom Wilkens, Dave Pasquali and last but not least R Smith ALL leave a 1 star review within a 3 hour window of each other!!!! Perhaps they all live together in one poor souls mind who gave hints under R Smith of who he might be!!?? Call it like I see it! That’s nothing but one disgruntled employee! I bet none of those individuals even have a record at Cain and Sons.
  
  Never had any issues there and would recommend them to anyone. Great work, great diagnostics and fast turn around.

  I will never go elsewhere! Best mechanic I have ever dealt with! I drive past 5 other shops to get work done here. Todd is as honest and fair as the day is long. A few years ago I moved into the area and had a very bad experience with another shop. I needed an oil change, read an advertisement and am forever grateful I stopped in. Several times I have had to call for emergency service and I am always accommodated. I found a huge crack in my tire on a Sunday night. By noon Monday I was driving out with a much needed set of new tires. I spent less than I did at Sam’s Club 5 years earlier and they ride so much better! I could go on ... Todd and Shawn treat you like family. They do the work on your car that they would do on their cars. No BS. They are rockstars in a business that sometimes has a bad reputation. They have totally redeemed my faith and earned my trust! Best shop ever!

  Having worked in the automotive industry and having been exposed to awful industry practices, I can assure you that Cain and Sons provides 100% top-notch, honest service and truly cares about their customers. Cain and Sons has always provided me with exceptional service, fair pricing, and has gone above and beyond to get me in and take care of my cars whenever there's an issue. The service is fast and reliable, they take their time to explain things to me, never pressure me into unecessary services or repairs and treat me like an old friend, not just a customer. I highly recommend Cain and Sons !!

  Todd Cain -- The owner runs a good Auto shop.
  They do good work at a fair price, and are honest.
  They know how to trouble shoot, find, and fix the problem.
  I have been going there for 5 years , and have been well satisfied.
  The one time there was a related problem, they corrected it right
  away at no cost. I have my granddaughter go there, and would
  recommend them to others.

  Todd and whomever worked on my truck was AWESOME!!!! I'd refer anyone to this shop. Thank you for inspecting my truck. I haven't had a problem since this place fixed it. Thanks again. If I could vote 1000 stars I would. This place is AWESOME!!!!! I'll never go anywhere else.
