  When I go to Arbys it is ALWAYS so fast and accurate. Even if the order would have a flaw the staff is so happy and friendly I probably wouldn't notice.

  We have been to this fast food restaurant probably four or five times in the last several months and found that their services are absolutely exceptional - for example tonight we ordered an adult meal for kid and got a chocolate milk and they made sure that the kid had a toy. They are just an incredible restaurant with a wonderful working staff environment and very friendly!

Call me crazy but when I pay for an item, whether it be $1or $5, I expect to receive it and I certainly don't expect to be treated with such ignorance and disrespect. The entire experience from this store is completely unacceptable. In a town with a KFC/Taco Bell, McDonald's and Wendy's, we will only eat at Arby's.
