Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. McGannon. This was my first time with laughing gas, first IV, first time being put to sleep, and first time having stitches. I had an amazing nurse Lisa who talked me through the steps and process of what was happening, and Dr McGannon made sure to talk to me and keep me relaxed until going to sleep. After leaving the office I got a phone call within the hour by Dr. McGannon himself checking to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody. From the front desk, all the way to the procedure, I felt welcomed with positive vibes! ( I also have a huge fear of the dentist )

My son had the misfortune of needing 5 teeth pulled. We were recommended to here by DDS Passmore. I was nervous because my son is only 5 years old. The receptionists were extremely helpful in relaying that they had considerable experience with child care. I spoke at length with Dr Seitz who was genuinely concerned about taking care of him properly. They promised a minimum of general anesthesia of a time of about 1 minute per tooth, so 5 minutes total time out. The total procedure was to take 20 minutes. It literally took twenty minutes, the cost was reasonable but what was really shocking was how incredibly helpful and caring the staff were. The Doctor was excellent and the nurse assigned was super helpful at keeping my wife's frazzled nerves from boiling over.
What was most impressive afterwards was the quality of the work - minimal bleeding, fuss, pain, puffiness, swelling was mostly gone inside of an hour, bleeding stopped within an hour or so... and on top of that I got three checkup calls from the office (including a personal one with Dr. Seitz) - all unsolicited. I really can't recommend them any better - they did a phenomenal job and I'd encourage you to do the same.
