  We had our very new RV de-winterized and bats connected at Hanover CW and had a pretty good experience, surprising because of previous experiences at CW. First, they fit us in very last minute (24hrs) and Sue was consistently professional and upbeat, including when we arrived after 6 hrs on rd. In fact the 6 plus people we met were so friendly. The only complaint I would have is the inside floor was pretty grease-marked, and I think this could be fairly easily remedied with booties for the techs.

  We have been very pleased with the service department at Camping World Hanover. Our service advisor, Malcolm Rankin, kept us informed all along the way and ensured our utmost satisfaction. Thanks to Malcolm and the entire service department!

  We had a very pleasant experience as first time RV buyers from Camping World of Hanover. We appreciated the thorough walk through with Paul and doing our settlement with Sisto went very smoothly. His customer interaction is both professional and lively! The staff is always friendly and willing to help from the moment you walk in the door. We also appreciated Camping Worlds willingness to work with us as out of state customers. We look forward to taking ownership of our new camper.

  Purchased a camper here, worked with Travis in sales. Easy communication back and forth, arranged everything over phone / e-mail, traveled 6 hours to get it and the transaction went smoothly. Prep seemed to be thorough, and Carl who did the walk-through was knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

  Camping World is a great place in the Hanover Community. The staff is always so friendly and outgoing. I own a local BBQ Business, and the last few years I have worked with John Clements to coordinate being at the annual show in March. Camping World and John are always so easy to work with. We enjoy being at Camping for the annual event and being out in the Hanover Community. The staff at Camping help promote Big D's Pitt while we are there cooking for the weekend.
