From the time you walk in till you leave everyone is so pleasant and professional. Dr Roenigk is wonderful and my Hygienist is the best in town.
Dr Roth is the best! My family and I have come here for about 25 years. I’ve never used another dentist since moving to New Freedom in 1989. The only thing I dislike is being made to feel like a bad little kid because I couldn’t make my last appointment. I realize 24 hour notice is required and I didn’t want to miss, but at the last minute I had no way to get there. As I was rescheduling, (after I was told, “we require 24 hours notice for cancellations”, she reluctantly rescheduled me and was rather rude. It made me feel guilty like I was some horrible person. At this point in my life, I don’t need nor want to be treated this way. I guess I’m getting old but the girls that used to answer the phone were always so nice and very friendly and the front desk was always a friendly atmosphere but not anymore. Other than that, everyone one else in the practice can’t be beat!
I've been coming here my whole life and cannot say enough great things. The hygienists and dentists are super friendly and helpful. They always answer any questions I have. Great place to go, and I always look forward to my appointments!
We drive over an hour to get our teeth taken care of at this office. They are always on time and extremely friendly.
