I went to get a bouquet of flowers for my fiancé for our small wedding and Melissa was so helpful. When I showed my fiancé the selection, she was really happy. She even added two purple flowers to the bouquet and it was complete.

We worked with Hattie and Sarah on our wedding day florals/décor and could not be happier with the way everything turned out. We opted for a ton of candles and hanging greenery to bring our vision together and they executed it perfectly. Everything was so stunning and turned out better than we could have imagined! Hattie was very nice to work with and super flexible when we wanted to change things multiple times throughout the planning process. The day of also could not have gone better. I saw Hattie briefly for 10 seconds as she was dropping off the bridal party bouquets and they handled everything else flawlessly! Young Designs does quality, professional work and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone having a wedding in RI or beyond!
Their shop downtown in Newport is very well done and worth stopping into during any trip to Newport :)

Received flowers that my brother ordered for my mom for Mothers’s Day 5/7/22. The flowers are absolutely stunning!

We can't thank the Young Designs team enough for the magic that they created for us on Martha's Vineyard! As a fellow wedding vendor and photographer, I knew that flowers were *the* item that could transform our space and really set the tone of the overall wedding design. I truly believe that flowers are the item worth the splurge to create something extra beautiful. I had a very specific vision and it was important to work with someone who felt invested in understanding that vision and making it even better (versus some others florists we interviewed that felt a little cookie cutter in their approach). At the same time, I wanted to hire a professional that I didn’t have to micromanage to get the end product that I was hoping for. Sarah and Hattie couldn’t have been a better fit to make that happen! They are incredibly personable and made the sometimes daunting wedding planning experience feel so much easier. I had very high expectations but they fully exceeded them. Two of my favorite YD moments: 1) when they walked into our suite with the bouquets that were BEYOND stunning, and 2) when my husband and I walked into the cocktail/reception space for the first time and even he was blown away and couldn’t stop saying how incredible everything looked (with flowers being the focal point of the design). We still (4 months later) have people tell us that they were the most beautiful flowers they’d ever seen at a wedding, and we can’t thank Sarah and Hattie enough for all of the hard work that went into our day!! I wish our flowers could have lived forever, but am beyond grateful to have Young Designs’ work live on in all of our photos!
