Superb experience at Mendon Dental Associates, from the greeting and interaction with the receptionist, to the delightful, thorough, painless, and professional treatment by the hygienist. It was a pleasure to speak with the attending dentist, as well, who clearly explained my dental condition, needs, and options going forward. In all, an exceptional visit to the hygienist - my teeth have never felt (or looked) cleaner. The entire office seems to be run with care, efficiency, congeniality, and superior professionalism.

Absolutely love Dr. Ben and his entire team!! My daughters are 6 & 3 and thanks to Dr. Ben, they are fearless when it comes to dentist appointments. Tonight, we were the last appointment for my 3 year old. Dr. Ben and Christa took their time, even after hours, making sure my girls were as happy as could be, making them laugh while Dr. Ben made some balloon animals out of rubber gloves. And not just one for each child…he took his time and made a total of 6! It was such a fun & happy experience that both of my daughters are asking to go back there again tomorrow! Seriously, if you have children, this is the place to take them for dental cleanings. Everyone there is so kid-friendly, patient and kind. I’ve been going there since I was a child myself and my entire extended family still goes to see Dr. Ben. Cannot possibly say enough good things!

First visit to this dental office. The receptionist was very nice. The hygienist was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I met the dentist for just a few minutes but he seems like a nice guy. The whole office is super friendly.

From the second you walk in Dr. Ben’s door you are greeted with a smile. My family and I drive 45 minute to see Dr. Ben and one of his hygienists, Nicole. We look forward to our visits every 6 months (which I realize is an unlikely statement about a dental visit). They are kind, patient, gentle, knowledgeable and fun to be around! I’m grateful that my children enjoy the dentist and for all the amazing care we receive in the hands of Dr. Ben and his staff. Can’t recommend them enough!

I switched to Dr. Ben a few weeks ago, and it was a fantastic decision. The staff is lovely, patient, and fantastic at putting fearful patients at ease. Even my kids enjoyed their experience! The appointments were kept on time and run efficiently. The facility itself is aesthetically pleasing. Overall, two thumbs up!!
