i came here for my lower back while i was pregnant in 2013. the adjustments were done with a computer instead of the normal manual adjustment. it felt great and it was safe and comfortable for me and my baby. it relieved a lot of the pain in my back and knees while i was pregnant. i still come monthly for maintenance and my son who is now 5 also comes to be adjusted with the computer/ proadjuster/ sigma instruments.
