  Could not do the exit survey - but we used this unit for 5 months with transitioning from our apartment to our house and it was great and convenient! Auto-Pay never worked for us, but honestly was not a hassle to call in and have them charge my card - overall great IMO if transitioning between places - cannot speak for longer terms such as yearly rates as I have not experienced that - so again as a transition unit - VERY helpful and nice!

  Customer service at facility was great, upon move in. She took time to break down each cost (taxes, unit cost, admin fee charged 1st mon. only and insurance). Will leave a comment upon moving out, end of March 2021, after actual business deal expires.

  This is my first self storage experience and want to give a shout out to Tristin for assisting me. I called several locations and Tristin showed me the value of Tri-Village off Trabue. He was helpful, quick to respond, and made me feel at ease about the process. Looking forward to doing business with them!

  I come here all the time. Where else are you going to go for all you can eat Korean BBQ? Food is awesome. Hardly ever a wait to get seated. Service can be a bit inconsistent sometimes, but not enough for me to complain about. 5 stars all the way.

  This was my first time getting Korean barbecue, as well as my friends’ first times, and we will definitely be back again. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing, and answered any questions we had. The food itself was really good. The prepared dishes we ordered were delicious, and the all you can eat BBQ meats that we ordered were all great quality and very fresh tasting. The meats we liked the best were the thin marinated beef, the beef short rib, the spicy black pork belly, and the shrimp.

  If you haven't been here, go.
  It is essentially an all you can eat meat buffet with delicious marinades and dipping sauces. Some people don't love having to prepare it on a small grill on your table, but cooking, sharing and conversing is part of the experience. At 25$ a person this place might be a better choice for older families, friends and couples wanting to have a nice time. I love that the waiters are there when you need them and allow you time to enjoy yourself.
