I went to the Johnston BJ's Tire center, where I had purchased the tires and the gentleman who was on was working on a car. He asked what my problem was and when I explained probably low air pressure he took care of me immediately. It took him less than 5 minutes, but for him to squeeze me in was really great of him. I was home in minutes thanks to a caring employee.
I will definitely buy my next set of tires there.
He deserves a big pat on the back. This is what makes great customer service. -

(July 7, 2016, 3:55 pm)conveniently located and is a very large store. i think they got the prime location that would have better served a plaza rather than a single store. It is a standard BJ's, have everything you want in EXTRA LARGE packages.
