Definitely a mixture of clientele, from trainers, solo people working out and your mixture of bro body builders. Sprinkled in are your functional fitness enthusiasts and everyday regulars.
And diverse group of ages and ethnicities, all are pretty chill and if you want to chat you can if not throw on your spotify and out your hoodie on to jam out to RATM. -

(May 27, 2021, 1:42 pm)Best Gym In Rhode Island! NO BS, No Issues With Staff, Just A Gym. Has Almost Every Single machine you can think of with plenty of space. Best part is the staff! Steve the owner is a great personal trainer and an amazing teacher who is incredibly knowledgeable on all things Gym!

The environment is just so awesome and motivating. I also love how it’s not a corporate gym with pointless rules like planet fitness. Highly recommend

(October 20, 2016, 9:33 pm)Not your typical gym. Great atmosphere. This gym doesn't intimidate me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Probably my greatest gym experience yet. I would recommend this gym to all ages and fitness levels.
