  I recently purchased a Subaru Ascent and worked with Ben Rowan. His overall knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive. I started my research and narrowed my selection to two different brands. Upon arriving at Anchor, the dealership was clean, modern and welcoming. Ben approached us and welcomed us to the store. He listened to our needs and went over all the selling points of the vehicle with no pressure. We weren't ready to make a purchase that day, so Ben followed up but again, no pressure. We appreciated his relaxed approach. When we were ready to make our purchase, Ben walked us through the process without any issues. Everyone at Anchor knew their stuff and helped us through the buying process. I have to say it was night and day versus the other dealership that we visited and ultimately that helped us to decide on the Subaru. I was very happy with the whole process and plan on loving my Subaru for a long time! Thanks Ben!

  Josh treated us very well with our recent Outback purchase. He spoke with my husband first spending time with getting the vehicles lined up for us to look at and test drive when I got out of work. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and professional. He took us on a tour of the facility, took the time to explain and demonstrate the features of the car and answered all of our questions. Absolutely great customer service even coming in on his day off to deliver the vehicle because we had some circumstances making another delivery day difficult. Excellent all around above and beyond service.

  Recently bought a 2014 XV Crosstrek and Josh helped me during the car buying experience. He was respectful, helpful, honest, and brought a levity to the stressful nature of the car buying process. I told him my requirements for a car, price and miles wise, and he pointed me directly to a car that met my requirements and was in my price range. He also made sure to make some paint touch ups, clean some spots on the interior, and fix a mark in the door. By the end of the experience I was happy to give Josh my business because of his transparency. My only complaint was the amount of time spent in the dealership in one day, and having a warranty I didn’t need pushed towards the end of the day, but that is to be expected at any dealership.

  I bought my car here and always bring it for service. I've always had a very positive experience. I dont feel pressured by the service team who is always friendly and helpful. I feel the prices are very reasonable and have a lot of confidence in this dealership. Their renovated facility is very nice and accommodating.

  The first time I met Jorge, I knew he would be the person I wanted to buy a car from. After he introduced me to Bob, the sales manager, I knew I would buy my car from Anchor Subaru.
  
  A month later, I purchased my first Subaru!
  
  Both of these gentlemen treated me like a family member. Very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, but most important was the genuine personality of each one!
  
  The experience was impressive! There was a no pressure atmosphere. Jorge listened and was attentive to what vehicle would meet my needs. He took the time explaining each car and showed me how each different feature worked.
  
  I was very comfortable with Anchor and will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

(401) 769-1199. I have read other reviews and I am shocked about them being so mixed. TLDR: I had a huge issue with an engine light that would I can't say enough great things about the team at Anchor Subaru, especially Mike H. I'm a first time new vehicle buyer and he could not have been more helpful.
