  Providence Pilates Center is truly a world-class facility. After spending years taking pilates classes in both New York City and Boston I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the teachers, classes, and studios. The instructors are very well trained, take continuing education very seriously and hold themselves to an incredibly high standard. I have been especially grateful for the individualized instruction I received both pre and postnatally, enabling me to bounce back safely and quickly from both of my pregnancies.

  Knowledgeable, highly trained instructors, adept at adapting to the client's level of interest and ability. Welcoming to all ages. Professional studio atmosphere. Strong sense of community. A real find!

  This is the real deal! I mean REAL pilates with instructors that really know what they are talking about. When I travel I like to take lessons and it can be a challenge to get good pilates. Providence Pilates was excellent!!! I had a wonderful private lesson with Cheryl and then took some mat classes too. All were exceptional. I felt very welcomed and the studio was clean and well organized. I will be sure to go again, and again, and again!

  I love doing Pilates here! A clean, bright studio with motivating instructors. I recommend both the group classes (mat, barre, Tower) as well as the private equipment sessions.
